This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is for the purchase and delivery of one new mid-size/smaller SUV (4+1 passenger capacity) with an automatic transmission, suitable for diplomatic use by the U.S. Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal. The vehicle can be either diesel or gasoline powered.

• Condition: Must be a newly manufactured, latest model. Second-hand vehicles are not acceptable.

• Warranty: Minimum four (2) years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, valid in Portugal.

• Specifications: Must meet EU specifications. Service, maintenance, and spare parts must be available in the Lisbon area.

• Contracting Procedure: Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13).

• Award Basis: Lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror.

• Pricing: Firm Fixed Price, including all labor, materials, overhead, profit, transportation, and local warranties. Prices to be stated in Portuguese Euros or U.S. Dollars.

• Delivery Timeline: Within six (6) months from the date of award.

• Submission: Offers must be in English and include descriptive literature substantiating product acceptability. Failure to provide this may result in a non-responsive offer.

• Evaluation: Offers will be evaluated solely on mandatory specifications. Additional features will not be considered in the technical evaluation or price ranking.
