Required representations and certifications include those related to small business status, and provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 concerning telecommunications and video surveillance services/equipment must be completed and returned with the quote.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are due by February 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CT. All quotes must be submitted to Kimberlynn Lancaster at Kimberlynn.m.lancaster@nasa.gov. Submitted quotes must include two points of contact (name, phone number, email address) and remain valid for 30 days. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offers not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from further consideration.
