• Document Precedence: In the event of inconsistencies, amendments to the purchase order/contract take precedence, followed by the schedule of supplies, terms and conditions, IRPOD/Master Procurement Specification, invoked STRs, drawings, and specifications.
• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or waivers/deviations from technical requirements must be submitted with justification, including an explanation of the cause for delay or reason for non-conformance, and an evaluation demonstrating no impact on quality, form, fit, or function. Supporting technical data is required for proposed alternate items.
• Certifications: A Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) must be submitted at the time of material delivery for each unique combination of contract/purchase order number, National Stock Number, and item nomenclature.
• Cybersecurity: Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level Requirements is included.
