This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services to procure "Switch Enclosures PNSY" for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and is a Total Small Business Set-aside.

• Applicable clauses and provisions are in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice 2025-1110.

• Response Deadline: May 29, 2026, 1:00 PM ET.

• Quotes must include delivered prices, availability, and price source.

• Technical Submission Requirements: Brochures with pictures and technical specifications demonstrating compliance, details of any exceptions taken.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Factors include Technical Acceptability, Adherence to Schedule, and Price. Award may be made based on adherence to schedule or soonest execution.

• Past Performance will be evaluated using PPIRS/CPARS information.

• Vendor Responsibility will be evaluated using available information.
