Eligibility & Restrictions
This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION (CAGE CODE: 78286). Acquisition must be from a manufacturing source specified on a source control or selected item drawing, as suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements. Firms capable of producing the item are encouraged to identify themselves and seek source approval via the AvMC public website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/TechDataMgmt.
This acquisition contains technical data restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Act, meaning information cannot be released outside the United States without prior Government approval. Offerors and their sources of supply must have an active United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to access export-controlled data. DLA will not delay award for firms to obtain this certification.
