Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the procurement of sixty (60) steam hose assemblies:
- Item 0001: Fifty (50) each of 50' STEAM HOSE ASSEMBLY.
- Item 0002: Ten (10) each of 25' STEAM HOSE ASSEMBLY.
Key specifications for both items include a 2" inside diameter, male one end/female other end fittings (specifically Dixon fittings per MIL-DTL-29210, Male P/N: MS26, Female P/N: GF81 which includes GB28 Spud), Plated Iron/Steel for fittings, and a strongly required Stainless steel metal liner. The hose type is a rubber steam hose with a stainless steel liner, per MIL Spec 29210, or an equivalent rubber steam hose with a stainless steel liner as specified in Table-1. Working pressure is 250 PSIG at 406 degrees Fahrenheit. Offerors must provide technical specifications for approval.
Contract Details
- Type: Firm Fixed-Price contract.
- Period of Performance: Delivery is required on or before June 30, 2026.
- FOB: Origin (Shipping Point). Shipping will be handled through WSS, with the vendor filling out an RTS notice and WSS providing shipping labels and carrier contact at no cost to the vendor.
- Set-Aside: This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
