Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Scope of Remanufacture includes tear down, rebuilding hydraulic systems, replacing bearings, seals, hardware, hoses, wear components, and fatigue components. It also includes replacing obsolete components and performing inspections (MPI, dye penetrant, dimensional).

• Remanufactured assets must pass DCMA inspection with no more than one failure per year.

• Minimum of 95% of remanufactured assets must pass initial inspection; remaining 5% or less must pass on the second attempt.

• No more than one validated Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR) or Quality Deficiency Report (QDR) per contract ordering period (12 months).

• Deliverables must have no more than one rejection per deliverable and no more than two total rejections per contract year.

• Contract Period of Performance: One (1) year basic period plus four (4) one-year ordering periods, with five (5) additional one-year options.

• Place of Performance: Contractor's facility.

• Contractor is responsible for Government Property (GP) in accordance with FAR and contract specifications.

• Contractor must have a system for reporting Government Property in the GFP Module in PIEE.

• Develop and deliver an Organizational-Level Maintenance Manual.

• Provide special tooling and test equipment.

• Comply with Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements.

• Comply with Commercial Asset Visibility-Air Force (CAV-AF) requirements.

• Establish and maintain a counterfeit electronic part detection and avoidance system.

• Develop and implement a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plan.

• Comply with safety and health regulations.

• Report mishaps involving damage or injury to USAF assets/interests.

• Submit Service Contract Reports if applicable.

• Maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) / Quality Management System (QMS).
