Scope of Work
The government is developing the MEO MWT architecture incrementally through capability-based Epochs, each expected to include competitive awards and new technology insertion. This RFI specifically requests industry feedback and approaches for delivering MEO MWT Epochs 3 & 4 capabilities, covering:
- Epochs 3 & 4 Space Vehicles (SVs): Delivery, integration, and operations.
- MEO Ground: Ground segment with facilities and sites for Command and Control (C2) of the entire MEO MWT constellation.
- Digital Engineering Integration: Alignment with the Government Digital Engineering vision.

- Mailing Address, CAGE Code, Unique Entity Identification (UEI)
- Point of Contact (POC) details (name, phone, email)
- Prime or Sub Role (with details on 10 U.S.C. §4022 for Primes or support capacity for Subs). CUI information will be sent to SAM.Gov listed POCs. For classified information, provide a SIPR, JWICS, or comparable email, or arrange for physical distribution, requiring a facility clearance of at least SECRET.

This is an RFI ONLY for information and planning; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment to contract. The government will not pay for response costs. Not responding does not preclude future participation. Proprietary information will be safeguarded if properly identified. Responses will be shared with listed support contractors (e.g., AirIn Technologies, Booz Allen Hamilton, KBR, SAIC); respondents must state any restrictions in their cover letter if they disagree.
