Justification & Response
This procurement is restricted to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. under FAR 6.103-1(c)(2) and DFARS Class Deviation 2026-O0017, citing "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." BAE Systems is the OEM, and complete Technical Data Packages (TDPs) are not available for competition. Despite the restriction, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration by ACC-DTA. A separate solicitation will not be issued as the Government intends to exercise FAR 52.217-8 on the existing contract.
