The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Joint Fires Network Division (AFLCMC/C3J), is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors capable of providing Systems Engineer and Technical Advisor (SETA) support for the Joint Fires Network (JFN) program. The JFN program aims to establish a fires-informing decision network for strategic and operational levels, supporting joint battle management and command and control tools. This effort is transitioning from rapid prototyping to a formal Program of Record (PoR).
Scope of Work
SETA services are required to support the JFN mission, including:
- Providing expert technical knowledge, scientific information, advice, and recommendations.
- Offering administrative support for program and technical management.
- Assisting with program planning, oversight, exercise development, execution, and evaluation.
- Conducting system-level analysis, system integration, and technical assessment.

Submission & Evaluation

This RFI is for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation.
