Scope of Work

- Installation and Commissioning of the UPS.
- A 2-hour Familiarization Training for personnel. Training will be conducted at Bollinger Mississippi Shipbuilding, Pascagoula, MS. The contractor must coordinate the training schedule with the Oceanographic Office and the designated point of contact, and provide management to ensure effective schedule and technical performance. Deliverables include CDRLs and DIDs as detailed in Section C, Purchase Description. Controlled documents provided by the contractor must be for authorized release only to DOD contractors with a current and valid DD Form 2345.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and is most advantageous to the Government, based on price and other factors. Evaluation factors include Technical Acceptability (acceptable/unacceptable) and Price. The award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror. All units of all items will be awarded to a single offeror. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days from the solicitation closing date. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically in PDF or MS Word format to the email address provided in the posting. Offerors must be registered in SAM.
