Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for:

- Operating, maintaining, and repairing three to eight NAVAJO Class T-ATS vessels to mission-ready standards.
- The government will furnish or reimburse for necessary equipment, tools, provisions, and supplies.
- Anticipated operating tempo includes Full Operating Status (FOS) with potential for multiple voyage repair availabilities and one major overhaul annually.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties must provide:

- A capability statement demonstrating:
- A SECRET-level facility clearance.
- Experience operating/maintaining at least five DP-2 rated OSV/AHTS ships (>6,000 GT, >10,000 HP) for five years within the last ten.
- Experience managing at least two repair availabilities for ocean-going ships (>6,000 GT, >10,000 HP) within the last ten years, costing >$10M and lasting >45 days (if in the U.S.).
- Financial resources of at least $35,000,000.00.
- Operating Hire Information: Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) per diem values for FOS and Repair Availability (RAV) periods, and notional government manning scales.
Additional Notes
This is a market survey for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses are voluntary, and no costs incurred will be reimbursed. Vessels will have a Certificate of Inspection (COI) from the USCG upon delivery. Per diem estimates should cover a three-day turnover period and full wages/benefits for an 8-hour workday, 7 days/week, 365 days/year, plus required overtime for watches.
