Scope of Work
The contractor will provide management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, and equipment for the maintenance and support of SSDGs, including prime movers, generators, control systems, and interfaces. Services encompass:
- Periodic Maintenance: 1000, 2000, 6000/8000, and 18,000/24,000-hour services, including overhauls of various engine components.
- Technical Support: On-site technical representative visits (CONUS and OCONUS), remote technical support, engineering services, and casualty response.
- Supply Support: Provision of new or rebuilt OEM parts, tools, and consumables, including management of Government Furnished Material (GFM) and contractor-furnished items.
- Training: SSDG training for MSC personnel and development of EPF Training Class Material. The requirement covers sixteen (16) EPF class vessels, each equipped with four (4) SSDGs, operating globally.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due via email to Maurice L. Hawkins (maurice.l.hawkins.civ@us.navy.mil) and Jerica Bray (jerica.e.bray.civ@us.navy.mil) by April 24, 2026, at 04:00 PM EST. Submissions must be in Adobe or Microsoft Office format and reference the solicitation number. Proposals should be structured into three volumes: General, Technical, and Price. Award will be made to FMSNA as the sole source vendor, provided a technically acceptable quote at a fair and reasonable price. The government intends to award without negotiations.
