Qualification & Evaluation

Award will be made to technically qualified vendors. Offerors must:

  • Be an approved source on the AFMC 762 for at least one module, or submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in accordance with RQR-1-T56 Rev.1.
  • Be Rolls Royce certified.
  • Be determined responsible IAW RFO 9.104.
  • Submit a completed Notice of Intent to Participate (SF1447).
  • Access to militarily critical technical data requires a DD Form 2345 (JCP certification).
  • Past performance will be assessed.

Special Requirements

  • Performance Standards: Minimum 95% on-time delivery, 0.5% quality deficiencies for modules, 0.05% for components (over 200 EFH), and a 200 Engine Flying Hours (EFH) Time-on-Wing warranty for major modules/turbine rotors.
  • Technical Data: Adherence to applicable Technical Orders (T.O.s) and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs).
