Scope of Work

The anticipated contract will have a period of performance of one base year plus four option years.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties should submit a capability package, not a proposal, including:
- Company information (POC, phone, email, CAGE, SAM UEI, small business/socio-economic status, NAICS).
- Technical capability to perform the contract, including comments on the attached draft Product Description.
- Demonstration of resources, personnel, and equipment to provide access to the required software.
- A rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimation for the entire project.
- Any other considerations the Government should know before releasing a formal solicitation.
