Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide "Tac EZ" (Tactical Evasion) services, replicating foreign adversary fixed-wing aircraft (both manned and unmanned) for MAWTS-1 flight evolutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating adversary aircraft safely while replicating hostile force tactics.
- Assisting MAWTS-1 instructors with debriefing WTI student aircrews.
- Providing accurate feedback, debrief notes, and HUD footage upon request.
- Attending mission briefings and debriefings, providing pertinent data.
- Ensuring aircraft operating costs, pilot labor, travel, lodging, per diem, maintenance, fuel, servicing, ferry to/from KNYL, and insurance are covered.
- All flights must adhere to FAA Part 91 and MAWTS-1 Course Rules.

Special Requirements

- Fuel: Government will provide fuel, reimbursed up to the rate for Government contract fuel. Contractor must obtain a Non-Government Agency Department of War Activity Address Code (T-DODAAC) Fuel Card and complete a Non-US Government Fuel Purchase Agreement (FPA).
