• Brand Name: The "2nd Line Elite EOD Tool Kit" manufactured by Tactical Electronics is required by Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB-8).

• Standardized Interoperability: The kit uniquely integrates a proprietary, modular sub-kit system (Diagnostic, Rapid Action, Manual Access, Power Access) into a specific backpack platform (Mystery Ranch Blackjack LT 35) that aligns with CLB-8's current tactical SOPs.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a solicitation for commercial products, specifically "Explosive Ordnance Disposal Tool Kits," prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The government is requesting quotes and will not issue a separate written solicitation. This procurement is Brand Name under NAICS code 332216.

• The primary deliverable is the "Tactical Electronics '2nd Line Elite EOD Tool Kit'."

• The kit must include the following integrated sub-kits: 1st Line V2 Kit, Rapid Action Kit (RAK), Manual Access Kit V2 (MAK), Power Access Kit V2, Det Diagnostic Kit V2 (DDK), Accessory Kit, and a Mystery Ranch Blackjack LT 35 Backpack.

• Four (4) units of the specified tool kit are required.

• Award will be made via a Government Purchase Order.

• Price Reasonableness: Will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12.204(a). Total quoted price, including shipping, will be used.

• Award Basis: The Government reserves the right to make an award solely on initial quotes received.
