Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for developing, managing, and instructing basic and advanced TGM Enhanced Driving Skills COI. Training must ensure students receive sufficient TGM EDS training and attain required certifications. The training will be conducted in the Contiguous United States at a contractor-provided owned or leased facility/land, which must include appropriate student berthing/lodging for twelve students and five support personnel within 25 miles of the training site.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to jefferey.a.ball.civ@socom.mil. The evaluation will be based on a best value tradeoff decision, with Technical Capability considered more important than Price. Submissions require three volumes: Administrative Information (CAGE Code, UEI, POC, Reps & Certs), Technical Capability (narrative, training location, curriculum, experience, resumes, certifications, land rights, vehicle ownership), and Price (using Attachment 2 – ELIN Pricing Sheet). Offerors must be registered in SAM and require Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) for relevant information systems.
