Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and delivering basic and advanced TGM Driver COI. This includes providing all necessary personnel, management, materials, equipment, facilities, land, and vehicles (not government-provided) to ensure students receive sufficient training and certifications. Training must be conducted within the Contiguous United States at a contractor-provided facility/land located within a 400-mile driving distance of Silver Strand Training Complex Coronado, CA. The facility must also offer student berthing/lodging for twelve students and five support personnel within 25 miles of the training site.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted via email to jefferey.a.ball.civ@socom.mil and consist of two volumes: Administrative Information and Technical Capability. Evaluation will be based on a best value tradeoff, with Technical Capability considered more important than Price. Only SBA-certified SDVOSB or SDVOSB Joint Venture firms are eligible.
