Training must be conducted within the Contiguous United States at a contractor-provided facility/land located within a 400-mile driving distance of Silver Strand Training Complex Coronado, CA. The facility must also offer student berthing/lodging for twelve students and five support personnel within 25 miles of the training site.

Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on a best value tradeoff, with Technical Capability considered more important than Price. Only SBA-certified SDVOSB or SDVOSB Joint Venture firms are eligible.
