Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a highly qualified team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and contractor-provided software. Key services include:
- Tactical Control and Threat Emulation: Continuous, high-fidelity threat and airspace management, including roles such as SAM-1, Air-to-Surface RTO, HARM Assessor, and White Force Exercise Support. The contractor must execute 100% of scheduled exercise flight operations.
- Mission Data Integrity and Debrief Readiness: Ensuring the Mission Commander is prepared for timely mission debriefs with validated data.
- Operational and Intelligence Integration: Specialized advisory support to exercise planning and intelligence cells, coordinating with White Force and supporting Red Air operations.
- Contractor Provided Software: Supply software for real-time Air-to-Surface weapons validation (e.g., GBU-31, GBU-38) with at least 99% accuracy within four feet for up to 400 targets, accepting specific coordinate formats, and providing real-time hit/miss depictions.
