- CLIN 0002: Electro-Hydraulic Breaching Kit (4 Each) - Brand Name or Equal to Rapid Assault Tools GEN4, including various breaching tools, 60V batteries (300 breaches/charge), noise reduction, brushless DC motor, and a wearable backpack system. Delivery within 90 Days ARO to Campo Militar 37-B, Mexico.
- CLIN 0003: Modular Shoot House Kits & Targets (1 Lot) - Brand Name or Equal to Trango Systems, featuring ricochet-free, weather-resistant, no-tool modular construction. Evaluation & Submission Requirements
