  • Training Programs: Provision of Israeli National Police (INP) mandated and approved Basic and Refresher training courses for Security Guards. This includes specific curricula, physical fitness tests, and grading criteria detailed in Attachments 1 and 2.
  • Equipment & Services: Firearms (Glock 9X19), ammunition, 'Simunitions' firearms/ammunition, on-site gunsmith services, ergometric/stress testing, and full regulation unarmed combat protective equipment.
  • Logistics & Medical: Dedicated medical emergency evacuation vehicle with licensed medic, Automated Electronic Defibrillator (AED), secure living arrangements for trainees (two per room, separate male/female), three meals per day (including hot protein meal) plus two snacks, adequate water, and transportation services for trainees.
  • Compliance: Adherence to all applicable laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations.

Contract Details
