Scope of Work

This includes performing a site investigation to verify existing conditions, identifying necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements, and providing any required assemblies or apparatus not explicitly identified in project drawings or the Statement of Work (SOW). Work will occur in controlled/restricted areas and near operational aircraft. Key personnel, including a Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, and Project Superintendent, are required.
Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price construction order awarded under a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) BOA. The period of performance is 165 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. This opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by 05:00 PM local time on June 15, 2026. Submissions must be electronic, in MS Office Suite (2007-2013) or Adobe Acrobat PDF format, with text search and copy functions enabled. Proprietary information must be marked, and each page must include the legend "CUI SOURCE SELECTION INFORMATION". Award will be made using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. Proposals will be evaluated on technical factors (Capability and Management, Schedule and Planning) and Price. Technical acceptability is a prerequisite, and a single deficiency in any technical subfactor will render the proposal unacceptable. A bid guarantee (minimum 20%, 100% requested) is required. The government reserves the right to award without discussions.
