Purpose & Scope

Key responsibilities include adherence to Forest Service Concession Programs and Policies, participation in Recreation.gov for reservations, provision of customer service, compliance with accessibility guidelines (ADA/ABA and FSORAG), management of utilities and waste, hazard tree removal, and collection/reporting of use and revenue data. Contract Details

  • Type: Concession Campground Special Use Permit
  • Term: Up to 5 years, with an option for an additional 5-year extension at the sole discretion of the authorized officer.
  • Minimum Annual Fee: $67,516.46 (subject to adjustment).
  • Fee Offset: Granger-Thye fee offset agreements are possible, allowing permit fees to be reduced by the value of approved Government maintenance, reconditioning, renovation, and improvement (MRRI) performed by the permit holder.
