  • Managing data intake and visualization from vehicle manufacturer submissions related to Takata recalls (e.g., completion percentages, repair activity, unrepaired inflators by ZIP code).
  • Implementing quality-control processes and data analyses, providing reports via a web-based portal for owner outreach and earned-media campaigns.
  • Utilizing the Tableau platform for data analysis and segmentation of vehicle owner populations (demographic and geographic) to inform outreach strategies.
  • Participating in regular project meetings, including a kick-off meeting and bi-monthly status meetings.
  • Providing project management, work plans, and bi-monthly progress reports.
