Scope of Work
The contractor will prepare and deliver boxed noon meals daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and training days), with up to 28 Saturdays annually. Each meal must include a 6-inch sub sandwich (meat/cheese or veggie), chips, a pre-packaged dessert, fresh fruit, a straw, a napkin, and a selection of beverages and condiments. Meals must be prepared in a state/local licensed facility and transported in enclosed, clean vehicles. The contractor is responsible for daily cleaning of the serving and dining areas and trash removal.

Performance & Special Requirements

Contractor employees and subcontractors requiring facility access must complete AT Level I Awareness, iWATCH, and OPSEC Level I training within 30 days of award and annually thereafter, and undergo background checks. The contractor must provide their own cart for meal transport into the MEPS, subject to security screening. The government will provide dining area tables, chairs, and waste receptacles.

Offers must be submitted using Standard Form 1449. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
