This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for providing tank and bilge cleaning, Marine Chemist services, and power washing of underwater hulls for vessels at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard (CG Yard) in Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD.

• Tank and Bilge Cleaning: Services include vacuuming liquids, cleaning various types of tanks (e.g., Diesel Oil, Void, JP-5 Fuel, Ballast Water, Sewage Effluent) and bilges (e.g., Engine Room, Thruster Room, Pump Room).
