  • Industrial-grade heated power washing, scrubbing, and vacuuming to remove dirt, grease, and grime from internal and external surfaces.
  • Inspection of OWS, PRT, and trench drains for issues like corrosion, cracks, leaks, and sensor problems.
  • Clearing obstructions in trench drain inlet/outlet pipes.
  • Disposal of all waste materials via a licensed transporter to a permitted Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF).
  • Entry into permit-required confined spaces in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926.
