Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for comprehensive tank cleaning services. Key tasks include:
- Annual pump out and cleaning of one (1) Oil Water Separator (OWS) and one (1) fuel/product recovery tank (PRT).
- Pump out and cleaning of twelve (12) concrete trench drains.
- Industrial-grade heated power washing, scrubbing, and vacuuming to remove dirt, grease, and grime from internal and external surfaces.
- Inspection of OWS, PRT, and trench drains for issues like corrosion, cracks, leaks, and sensor problems.
- Clearing obstructions in trench drain inlet/outlet pipes.
- Disposal of all waste materials via a licensed transporter to a permitted Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF).
- Entry into permit-required confined spaces in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926.
- A written report detailing cleaning and inspection findings is required within 5 days of work completion.

Special Requirements
