This amendment re-opens the solicitation (REF (A)) and makes the following changes:

• Offer Reaffirmation/Resubmission: Offerors who previously submitted timely offers must either reaffirm their existing offer or resubmit it. Failure to do so will result in the offer not being considered for award. All other offerors must submit their entire offer.
• Laydays: Part I, MSC Tankvoy Box 6 'Laydays' is amended to commence on 20 February 2026 and cancel on 21 February 2026.
• Offer Due Date: Standard Form SF 1449, Box 8 'Offer Due Date' is amended to Monday, 12 January 2026, at 1300 Eastern Time.

• Reference (A) is re-opened.
