• Document Precedence: Amendments to the purchase order/contract take precedence, followed by the schedule of supplies, terms and conditions, IRPOD/Master Procurement Specification, invoked STRs, drawings, and specifications.
• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or non-conformance waivers must be justified, demonstrating no impact on quality, form, fit, or function, and include supporting technical data for alternate items.
• Cybersecurity: Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level Requirements applies.
• Payment: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) payment instructions are provided, requiring Invoice and Receiving Reports (COMBO).
