Submission & Evaluation

• NIST SP 800-171: Contractors (awardees) are required to have a current assessment (not more than 3 years old) as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019, unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). COTS items are exempt, but must be identified to the contracting officer during the solicitation period.
• Evaluation: Award will be based on technical acceptability, price, and past performance. Technical acceptability requires meeting or exceeding specifications and delivery requirements. Past performance will be evaluated using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) and other sources.
• Payment: Will be made via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
