All items must meet flame resistance IAW NFPA 701 (small or large scale test), be marked "FR" every 24" in 1" letters, and have the size marked on all four corners. A Certificate of Compliance (COC) is required for each lot of material shipped, with submission via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

Additional Notes
Offerors are responsible for downloading the RFQ and monitoring for amendments. Traceability to the manufacturer and part number is required if the offeror is not the manufacturer. Examples of acceptable documentation include letters from authorized dealers or verifiable quotations from approved sources for items not in stock.
