Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement

To provide necessary annual maintenance and repair services for three Tecan plate washers located within the CDC's VVPDB laboratories.

• Annual preventative maintenance and basic/advanced repairs for three specific Tecan Sunrise instruments (SNs 1404001455, 1404001456, 2306009526).
• Provision of all labor, tools, equipment, documentation, and personnel.
• Services to be performed on-site at the laboratory's designated locations.
• Coordination with laboratory staff for scheduling and performance of services.
• Adherence to agency-wide laboratory safety policies.
• Identification of instruments requiring additional repair.
• Provision of a comprehensive service report including performance verification.
• Maintenance to be completed annually in June.

1. Pre-service coordination: Schedule services and ensure workspace/safety requirements.
2. On-site annual maintenance: Perform QC Pac 2 Test, replace lamps/filters as needed, and perform extended operational quality check.
3. Post-service documentation: Provide a report of services performed for each equipment.

• Period of Performance: June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2030 (Base Period: June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027; Option Periods One, Two, and Three extend to May 31, 2028, 2029, and 2030 respectively).

• Place of Performance: Entirely at a government facility (on-site).

• Vendor Qualifications: Services must be provided by qualified Tecan technicians.

• Information Security and Privacy: Strict adherence to CDC and HHS security protocols, including scanning media, handling sensitive data, and reporting incidents. Specific requirements for encryption, PIV cards, and NDAs are detailed.

• Section 508 Compliance: Offerors must comply with established HHS EIT accessibility standards and provide documentation (e.g., ACR, VPAT) to demonstrate compliance.

• Travel: In accordance with Federal Travel Regulation rates, with advance approval required for COR.
