The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing a Solicitation for a Technical, Analytical and Financial Support Services, Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G-8) Directorates Support Service. The requirement is being solicited as a full and open competitive.
The Government intends to award a single (1) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract. Requirement is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation includes a one base year period, plus four (4) one-year options and 6 (six) months extension. See the attached solicitation for more details.
The Government does not intend to hold a site visit at APG for prospective offerors. Questions may be submitted to the Government no later than 12:00PM EST on 15 September 2025 and responses will be provided via Amendment(s) issued to the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541611, and the size standard is $15 million.
The Solicitation requirements, applicable specifications, and evaluation criteria will be included in the solicitation or as an attachment to it. The Performance Work Statement and its attachments shall only be provided to entities wholly owned and operated within the United States.
