Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a comprehensive TSCM survey, including:
- Routine Physical Survey: Examination for concealed electronic eavesdropping devices and unauthorized modifications.
- Radio Frequency (RF) Signal Survey: Detection, identification, and analysis of RF signals.
- Acoustic/Physical Security Assessment: Evaluation of physical and acoustical security, identifying deficiencies and recommending corrective actions.
- Telephone and Communication Infrastructure Inspection: Inspection for unauthorized interception devices or tampering.
- TEMPEST/Emanations Review: Preliminary assessment of electronic equipment for emanation security vulnerabilities, as applicable.
Period & Place of Performance
The estimated period of performance includes up to 45 business days for Pre-Survey Coordination, 5 business days for on-site Survey Execution, and 10 business days for Reporting, not to exceed 180 calendar days from contract award. All work will be performed at NASA LaRC, Hampton, Virginia.
