Purpose

MacDill Air Force Base seeks to determine potential sources for a managed uniform program to ensure technicians have access to clean, safe, and professional work attire, thereby improving safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Scope of Work
The program requires a full-service uniform rental and laundering solution. Key deliverables include:
- Provision of all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services.
- Supply of durable, high-quality, three-piece work uniforms (short-sleeve shirt, matching pants, matching jacket) in dark blue, comparable to Carhartt and Dickies brands. Seven sets per technician are required.
- Professional laundering services, including regular pickup and delivery, compliant with industry standards for hazardous material removal and hygiene.
- Garment inspection, repair for normal wear and tear, and free replacement of damaged or excessively worn garments.
- Management of uniform inventory, including tracking and assignment to individual employees.
- Establishment of a flexible pickup and delivery schedule to minimize operational disruption.

Submission & Evaluation
Interested parties should submit a capabilities package demonstrating their company's ability to meet the requirement. The package must include:
