Scope of Work
The T2 program seeks to strengthen FTA's capacity to facilitate the deployment, adoption, and commercialization of its innovative research and technology products. The contractor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a program-wide capability, including:
- Developing deployment processes and facilitating commercialization of FTA technologies.
- Strengthening stakeholder capacity to deploy FTA research products.
- Creating a comprehensive T2 Plan, including stakeholder engagement and needs assessments.
- Managing the production of 508-compliant research reports.
- Assisting with research inventory, database management (PMDS), and creating a historical FTA Research Library.
- Tracking patents and trademarks derived from FTA-funded research.
- Developing outreach materials, assisting with communications, and establishing knowledge-sharing systems.
- Executing the T2 Plan to facilitate the deployment of promising research.
- Collecting and analyzing industry data to identify trends.
Contract & Timeline

Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit a technical capability statement package, not exceeding 15 typed pages, addressing:
- Past Performance: Relevant experience within the last three years (include contract details, POC, and description).
- Corporate Experience: Similar work experience in nature, scope, complexity, and difficulty as outlined in the SOO.
- Labor Categories: Identify labor categories utilized for similar work.
Submissions must also include company name, POC, address, phone number, CAGE code, and business size under the relevant NAICS code. Standard capability brochures will not be accepted. This is for information and planning purposes only; no award will be made from this notice.
