Scope of Work (Anticipated)
The anticipated requirement involves providing comprehensive training and technical support for the Multi-Mission Parachute Course (MMPC). This includes delivering the course in accordance with the Marine Corps MMPC POI, providing all necessary materials, equipment (including PS-2 parachute systems, oxygen, night vision, altimeters), personnel (e.g., General Manager, Course Director, Master Riggers, Advanced Free Fall Instructors, Pilots), and facilities. Facilities would need to include a paraloft, climate-controlled storage, classrooms, student staging/packing areas, debriefing rooms, and access to a suitable drop zone and local airfield. The training is high-risk, focusing on basic free-fall operations, flight procedures, combat equipment/O2 free-fall operations, and night operations for up to 44 students per course, with multiple courses scheduled annually from October 2026 through September 2031. Performance will be evaluated against stringent standards, including SOFBIS Certification and high AQLs for safety, POI certification, qualified personnel, and equipment maintenance.
