The United States Department of State (DOS) requires services at the unclassified clearance level, to provide water treatment maintenance services for the domestic potable water treatment plant and Hydronic water treatment system from an authorized Fluid Solutions representative. Service to be provided at the ­­­­­­­ U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa, Honduras, in accordance with this contract. U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa will be moving from Current Embassy Building to New Embassy Compound in the near future, as a result, US embassy Tegucigalpa reserves the right to commence the contract at any time when this happens. Contractor shall consider this on their offers.

The water treatment systems to be maintained are as follows:

  • Domestic (Potable) Water Treatment System
  • Hydronic Water Treatment System

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 


All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award either a single contract covering all required services or multiple contracts dividing the services among qualified bidders.
