• The offeror must be an authorized Regal Rexnord representative trained and authorized to service THOMSON POWER SYSTEM branded switchgears.

• Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable as the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate.
