The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis Portable Ambient Ionization Mass Spectrometer PN 100-045-0001 and 100-041-0002 Qty 1 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to Teledyne FLIR Integrated Detection Systems, 3495 Kent Avenue Suite U100, West Lafayette IN 47906, only Teledyne has a 2D Mass Spectrometer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to donell.e.duenassims.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5014 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
