• Compliance with DFARS clauses related to Buy American Act, Security Prohibitions and Exclusions, and NIST SP 800-171 is required.

• This is a solicitation for delivered prices (FOB Destination).

• The set-aside is 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA).

• FSC/NAICS codes are 5935/335921, with a size standard of 1,000 Employees.

• Quotations are due by 04/27/2026, 10:00 AM EST.

• Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

• Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• The Government intends to make an award without discussions.

• Specific provisions (FAR 52.204-7(b)(1), 52.240-90, 52.240-91, 52.240-93, 252.204-7016, 252.204-7018, 252.204-7019) must be filled out completely for consideration.

• 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• Offerors must indicate their business size (Large, SB, SDB, VOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, SDOVSB, HUBZONE, 8a).

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• Vendors must provide delivered prices (FOB Destination).

• If no offers meet the RDD, award may be made to the LPTA offeror with the soonest delivery.

• Payment terms are Net 30 after inspection and acceptance. Accepted payment methods are GPC or WAWF.

• NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment requirements apply; summary level scores must be posted in SPRS.
