Evaluation & Submission Requirements
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors must:
- Be an authorized reseller or distributor of Primetrica, Inc. (Telegeography) products/services.
- Provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming authorized reseller status (Letter of Authorization). Quotations without this may not be considered.
- Include all costs (shipping, freight to Dahlgren, VA, tariffs, duties) in the quoted price.
- Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
- Unconditionally agree to the solicitation's terms and conditions.
