• Requirement: The GSA Fleet needs telematics installation support for a diverse range of vehicles at private and military locations across Japan. This includes onsite installation and potentially pre-delivery installation at supplier-designated sites.
• Scope: The service covers installation only; it does not include procurement of devices or telematics services. Installation must not interfere with vehicle warranties or the On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) port.
• Operating Constraints: Contractors are responsible for device security, storage, inventory management, and installation in accordance with GSA guidance. All costs, including travel, must be included in the Firm Fixed Price. GSA will not reimburse travel costs.
• Response Instructions: Interested parties must submit a response by June 17, 2026, 5:00 PM Eastern Time, via email to charlene.cardenas@gsa.gov with the subject line "Response to Sources Sought, Telematics Installations OCONUS". The response should include a coversheet (10 pages max, specific font/size/spacing) with business details and a qualification statement demonstrating expertise in telematics installations.
• Potential Outcomes: Based on responses, the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. GSA may invite respondents for one-on-one meetings.
