Scope of Work
This opportunity seeks sources for a comprehensive list of audio-visual equipment for the LPD 30 Entertainment Package at the SUPSHIP DETACHMENT, PASCAGOULA. Key items include:
- Various Soundbar Systems
- HDMI Adapters and Cables
- Wall Mounts for flat-panel displays
- Cable Ties
- Laser Projector and Large Projection Screens
- PA Speaker Kits with accessories
- Mixing Console
- Multiple types of Microphones (wired and digital wireless) and Microphone Stands
- Numerous Flat-Panel Displays and Smart TVs of various sizes and resolutions.
All TV brands must be the same, and all equipment must be compatible. Delivery will be to USS HARRISBURG LPD30, 100 Singing River Island BLDG 88, Pascagoula MS 39567.
Submission Requirements
Interested Small Businesses should submit the following information, not exceeding five (5) pages:
- Contractor Information: Company name, address, POC, phone, email, CAGE code, and NAICS.
- Size of Business: Indicate large or small, and if small, provide socioeconomic status.
- Capability Description: A brief description of capabilities, resources, technical competencies, and organizational experience relevant to the draft Description of Requirements (DOR). Standard brochures or paraphrasing the DOR are insufficient.
