Scope of Work
DLA is seeking detailed capability statements from vendors regarding their ability to supply Tellurium. Key information requested includes:
- General Data: Company name, GSA contract numbers, socioeconomic status, CAGE code, UEI, business size, mailing address, and primary point of contact.
- Experience: Examples of direct and non-prime experience performing similar work.
- Capabilities: Information on regulations, certifications, equipment, teaming intentions, financial resources, and ability to manage a prime contract.
- Material Information: Details on grades, forms, specifications, purity requirements, common impurities, testing methods, and laboratory capabilities for Tellurium.
- Supply Information: Source locations, supply chain details, annual production/consumption, production lead times, recycling processes, and current market pricing.
- Delivery Information: Typical order-to-delivery time, quantities, subcontractor usage, delivery origin, capacity, lot/batch size, spot delivery capabilities, and preferred shipping/packaging methods.
- Storage Information: Common storage conditions, typical storage duration, shelf life, environmental impact, and safety/environmental controls.
- Market Information: Changes in market price, seasonality, anticipated manufacturing/end-user changes, potential material substitutions, and customer market sectors.
- Additional Information: Provisions for long-term agreements, Wide Area Workflow account, willingness to provide sales data, and SAM registration.
