Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide temporary air conditioning services for the Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) gymnasium at Building 129, Coffin Sports Complex, during a specific event.

• Provide and install temporary air conditioning units, including necessary power supply and condensate drainage systems, to cool approximately 27,000 SF of gymnasium space accommodating up to 2,000 spectators.

• Ensure the space is cooled to a comfortable temperature by May 7, 2026.

• Provide an on-site technician from 8 AM to 12 PM on May 8, 2026, to ensure no equipment failures.

• Design and construction must comply with NFPA 5000, National Electrical Codes, Uniform Plumbing and Mechanical Codes, ASHRAE Standards, ADAABAAG, OSHA, EPA, and DOI guidelines.
