Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a block of approximately 70 rooms (33 single, 37 double occupancy) for an estimated 28 nights, from June 10, 2026, through July 8, 2026. The lodging must be within a 10-mile radius of Lumen Field, Seattle, WA. Key requirements include:
- Non-smoking rooms.
- Facilities meeting the Hotel & Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 and rated Three Diamonds (AAA) or Moderate First Class.
- Room entrances accessible via internal hallways with locked exterior doors.
- A 24/7 manned facility lobby.
- Clean, well-maintained rooms, free from continuous loud noise. The Government is tax-exempt and will only pay for hotel rooms; individual members are responsible for personal charges such as phone, internet, room service, or gratuities.
Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made to the responsible offeror based on the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the requirements for acceptability, considering technical acceptability and reasonable price.
