Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure temporary berthing for U.S. Coast Guard personnel in Seattle, WA.

• Provide a block of rooms within a 10-mile radius of Lumen Field.

• Period of Performance: June 10 - July 8, 2026.

• Estimated Total Nights: 28.

• Estimated Total Rooms: 70 (33 Single Occupancy, 37 Double Occupancy - King or Queen).

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order (FFP).

• Rooms must be non-smoking.

• Room cancellation deadline: 24 hours before the day of stay.

• Facilities must meet the Hotel & Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990.

• Facilities must meet the requirements of Three Diamonds (AAA) or a Moderate First Class classification.

• Room entrances must be accessible via internal hallways with locked exterior doors.

• Facility lobby must be manned 24/7.

• Rooms must be clean and well-maintained.

• Hotel should not house members in rooms with continuous loud noise.

• Period: June 10 - July 8, 2026.

• Place: Within a 10-mile radius of Lumen Field, Seattle, WA 98134.

• Government will only pay for hotel rooms.

• Government is exempt from Federal and local taxes (Tax Exempt # B239641).

• Government will NOT pay for telephone, premium TV/movie service, internet service, room service, restaurant charges, hotel bar/honor bar, laundry, or gratuities.

• Individual Coast Guard members are responsible for personally charged services.

• Contractor must meet FAR 52.204-7 (SAM Registration) and FAR 52.212-4 requirements.

• Invoicing: Submit a copy of the invoice to a specified address before submitting to IPP.

• Quotes are solicited only from small business concerns. Quotes received from non-small business concerns will be rejected.
