Purpose

Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing temporary steam boiler services for Buildings 604 and 845 at USMA West Point, NY, during the summer of 2026. Key aspects include:
- Supply & Installation: Two 800hp/250psi maximum pressure transportable natural gas steam boilers.
- Operation: Boilers must include on-call service and chemical treatment.
- Schedule: Building 604 boiler operational May 22nd to June 21st, 2026; Building 845 boiler operational on TBD dates in summer 2026 (one month each).
- Contractor Responsibility: All labor, material, equipment, and supervision for installation, operation, and removal. This includes steam piping, condensate piping, electrical connections, and natural gas piping.
- Restoration: Disconnect and reconnect existing building piping, restoring all system components to original conditions upon completion.
- Performance Standards: Boilers operational by May 22nd; on-call maintenance with 2-hour response during work hours, 4-hour after hours.
