REVISION 1: Adding the below Q&A, updating the Period of Performance, and extending the solicitation deadline to 12/22/25 @ 5:00 PMEST
- Will the desiccant be powered by a generator or an existing 200A utility service? Existing facility power
- Will the desiccant run 24/7 or specific hours of the day? Yes
- Can you please specify what will be powering the inline heaters and the footage of cord required to power them? Existing house power or generator? 10ft or greater whip with bare copper wire ends
- It looks like the heaters are going to be inline with the process ducting so we assume they will probably either 25', 50' or 75’ away from the DCCU. Assuming that the 200’ of ducting is split between the process and react from the DCCU. Yes
- Will the base provide their own duct clamps? No
- What is the application of the desiccant? Will the inline heaters be required if the desiccant output air is approx 140F? To strip moisture from the air. Inline heaters are required.
- On the day of delivery, will an allotted 8 hrs be sufficient for personnel entry, training, badging, inspections, set up, start up, commissioning, and training? yes
- Will the unit be in a secured area? Are electronic and wireless devices allowed in this area? Are gps locators on equipment acceptable? Yes secured area, use of wireless or electronic devices is per posted signage.
- Would you like the weekly inspection rates broke out if the unit does not require weekly inspections and maintenance? Please see the SOW for weekly inspection and maintenance requirements and include it in your pricing.
